Flightseeing

Denali National Park

Take to the skies in one of our Cessna Caravans to explore the grandeur and majesty of Alaska's Denali National Park. This one and a half hour tour exposes you to numerous Park Landmarks including Ruth Glacier, Great Gorge, Mt Silverthrone, Mt. Hunter, and of course, Mt. McKinley, the highest peak in the United States.

Every passenger receives a headset and a window seat to enjoy the experience as your pilot teaches you about the geology, geography and history of the area. Cameras are encouraged so please bring plenty of film.

Denali Flightseeing packages are typically offered out of our Anchorage hub, but may be arranged out of Fairbanks as well.

Pilots: Downolad Denali flightseeing tour fms file.

Kenai Peninsula

Just south of our Anchorage hub lies the remote and beautiful Kenai Peninsula. A haven for fishermen, hikers, photographers and wildlife enthusiasts, take a one or two hour tour of the peninsula in one of our DHC-2 Beaver float planes.

Scan the forests and marshes for bear, moose and other wildlife. Set down on a pristine mountain lake for a delicious shore lunch, or simply take in all of the scenery. For the visitor who has little time to experience "wild Alaska" this tour shouldn't be missed!

Fly-in Fishing

A fishing trip to Alaska is a once-in a lifetime dream of almost every angler. Whether your preference is trout, char, grayling, pike, or famous Alaskan salmon, let Alaskan Air Service take you to practically untouched waters.

AAS can even recommend a qualified and experienced guide to accompany you on your angling adventure, or let us recommend a stay at one of Alaska's world-renowned sporting lodges.
